Eric is a Partner, Ernst & Young LLP and leads EY EMEIA Technology Transaction Advisory service.
Eric has over 20 years’ experience in technology investment banking, that spans across public and private M&A. He has advised on cross-border buy-side and sell-side transactions totaling $50 billion in aggregate value, as well as IPOs, follow-on offerings and private placements raising more than $3.5 billion.
Prior to joining EY, Eric has held roles as Managing Director and Head of TMT for two investment banks. He holds an MBA from INSEAD and a Bachelor of Commerce degree with Joint Honors in economics and finance from McGill University.
